1. Mixer

As a twin shaft mixer, it is employing circulated mixing system to provide uniform mixing of even line ingredients in a short time. The mixer liner and tips are made of robust steel and cast iron, so durability is excellent.

1. Bag Filter

There are the 1st and 2nd dust collectors. The 1st dust collector is a dry cyclone which collects dusts of big particles and sends it to hat elevator through collecting screw unit. The 2nd dust collector is a bag filter which is designed to meet the high standard of exhaust gas exhausting criteria. Air pulse type is used to guarantee perfect dust collection and it extends the lifetime of filter bag.

3. Hot Bin & Over Flow Bin

As an equipment selecting and storing heating materials, there are four bin type and five bin type. The storage space is expanded and it can precisely control tolerance during measurements to help uniform product mixing.
Over-supplied aggregates to hot bin and non-standard aggregate from screen are separated into two hoppers or storage and they are automatically released by the control panel and reused. This allows clean working environment in a factory.

4. Virbating Screen Unit

The screen is divided into slope type and level type.
The level type vibrating screen is mostly being used. It is developed to 5-stage separation type from 4-stage, so it can separate 5 types of aggregates and produce various products such as high density high strength as con.
The slope type screen provides wide vibrating surface.
The vibrating body in the center of screen body provides rotational movement vibration and reduces blocking problem caused by aggregate parts.
The vibration amplitude can be easily adjusted.

5. Dryer & Burner Unit

During operation, its mechanical noise and combustion noise are below 85dB(A) which is 15~20dB(A) lower than the noise of general burner. Its screw pump allows fine spray of the fuel which is high pressure sprayed by fuel pump, and it leads to complete combustion and best efficiency. It also provides automatic control and easy operation. The fuel is automatically selected either diesel or bunker oil.
